Claudia Scotty founded Envision Strategies after a successful career in the hotel industry and over ten years as a Design Principal with a leading international foodservice design firm. Claudia is adept at identifying what’s next, analyzing opportunities, and creating actionable strategies tied to a larger vision. She has worked on hundreds of projects across six continents and is actively seeking a project in Antarctica.
Primary focus: Master planning, service provider RFPs and contracting, and capital project planning
