Personal

Brendan is a self-proclaimed “Cat Dad”, to two kitties, Fitz and Malta. He spoils them with an abundance of treats and hand feeds them three meals a day. Hailing from Rhode Island, but currently in California, he is constantly trying to find the best example of the “east coast pizza” or “east coast sandwiches” that he grew up with, which sometimes leads to frustrating results for him and his dining companions! Brendan is a chef at heart and is always willing to patiently explain the technical difference between braising and stewing to anyone willing to listen.
