Envision provided consulting support to the University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB related to ongoing negotiations with the University’s then current dining services supplier and provided further assistance in bidding the dining contract out for a new agreement. With a commuter dominant campus and no strong “destination” operations, the UEC was interested in elevating their campus dining experience and increasing their meal plan participation rates. Envision was instrumental in developing documents for the RFP and Dining Services contract. Envision also conducted an assessment of the dining program and referred UEC to peer campuses for benchmark comparisons and on-site visits.
