I have not received my username and password.

In order to get access, you’ll need to be added by your Administrator. Email support@env360.net to confirm your access and receive your username and password.

How do I login or reset my password on the Audit App or DataView Dashboard?
Why can't I see a certain audit?

Check the following items:

In order to see an audit, you need access to that audit and access to a location where that audit is assigned.

How do I select a different location?

On the upper right-hand side of the Dashboard, you will see a filter/funnel icon beneath the calendar icon. Click this to filter the data by location or group (i.e. Retail Locations, Residential Locations, etc.).

DO I NEED DATA OR WIFI WHEN DOING AN AUDIT?

Yes, you need an active data connection to start and submit an audit.  The app will indicate whether you have a connection or not. However, if you lose connection mid-survey, the data will be saved until you have a connection again.

Where can I see completed audits, reports and more insights?

Completed audits, reports and insights are all available on our DataView Dashboard.

I can't download the app.

Make sure you are searching for Kinetica ClickScan in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, download and install the app.
