Envision Strategies and Ricca Design Studios lead successful collaboration with Colorado State University’s Housing and Dining Services to develop a Dining Master Plan for CSU’s Residential Dining Services (RDS). For CSU the Envision/Ricca Team provided meal plan modeling, scenario development, dining master planning and final demand analyses and space programs for the desired scenario. Each of the components was reviewed and collectively refined with the CSU team to ensure the information met their needs and accurately communicated the information. This Master Plan demonstrates that collaborative process and outcomes that drive each project forward with momentum and documentation. Â
