Envision Strategies along with the UChicago Dining team conducted a review of the performance of the dining program and identified areas for modification. Envision then developed an RFP and suggested a selection process during COVID-19 that entailed two bidding options. Between the two options, five different Suppliers submitted bids. We then conducted a detailed financial analysis of the proposals and worked with UChicago Dining to identify the areas of negotiation for the program and financial return to the University. Three Suppliers submitted BAFO proposals. UChicago selected a Supplier and we continue to assist in the negotiation of the Agreement language.
