Envision Strategies assisted Trinity University with a comprehensive dining assessment to evaluate how well the program supports student needs, institutional priorities, and the campus experience. The assessment identified broad opportunities to elevate food quality and variety, improve menu authenticity, expand healthy and allergen‑friendly options, modernize retail offerings, strengthen meal plan value, enhance late‑night and weekend access, and better align service with Trinity’s commitments to sustainability, social justice, and wellness. Building on these insights, Envision guided the University through the supplier sourcing process to select a new dining partner aligned with these strategic goals, and continued supporting dining program advancement through Envison360: Envision’s Dining Performance Management Program.
