Envision Strategies assisted Trinity University in a dining assessment to understand the needs of the campus and the students to help plan the future of dining services and provide recommendations for the supplier selection process. Following the assessment, Envision led the Supplier Sourcing process that helped the University in selecting a new foodservice supplier. Envision also assisted the campus in continuous improvement by assisting the leadership with Envison360: Envision’s Dining Performance Management Program.
