In collaboration with an architectural firm, Envision Strategies partnered with VCU Business Services to develop a Dining Master Plan that supported its vision for the future of campus dining from both programmatic and facilities perspectives. Envision contributed expertise in assessing current dining offerings and identifying opportunities for enhancement. The collaboration focused on creating a strategic framework that aligned with VCU’s goals, ensuring that the dining program would effectively meet the needs of the campus community while supporting the University’s broader objectives.
