Florida A&M University (FAMU) sought assistance from an independent consultant to review its dining services contract with Metz that was set to expire. Envision Strategies was engaged to conduct a comprehensive review of the contract and its amendments, benchmark the existing dining program against 3-5 peer institutions, and deliver short-term recommendations regarding the future of the dining services agreement. 

The analysis aimed to determine whether FAMU should extend the current contract through an Intent to Negotiate (ITN) or consider issuing a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Should the University choose to pursue further assistance, Envision Strategies offered additional services in campus planning, negotiation support, and the full RFP process, including supplier selection guidance. This engagement positioned FAMU to make informed decisions that align with its dining service goals.
