Arizona State University engaged Envision Strategies to conduct a strategic assessment of its campus-wide dining services program and assist in developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for selecting a dining service provider. Envision evaluated the existing dining program across all four campuses, clarifying priorities for both ASU and potential suppliers, and later guided the entire bidding and selection process, developed the RFP documents, and gathered essential information from prospective suppliers. Envision supported the proposal evaluation process alongside the Selection Committee and assisted ASU in negotiating a new agreement that aligned with the University’s goals.
