PERSONAL
Mindy recently relocated from her lifelong home in Philadelphia to the coastal charm of Mystic, Connecticut, where she enjoys the ease, beauty, and especially living just five minutes from the ocean. A fermentation enthusiast, she’s been brewing beer since 1994, has studied wine, and now shares her love of dry cider-making with her husband Brian and their three sons. Mindy is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and recently earned her MBA. She balances her professional drive with a nightly 3 a.m. reading habit; historical fiction is her genre of choice. She’s a devoted Phillies fan and a passionate food seeker, always curating lists of must-try restaurants to share with friends and clients in every city she visits. Her rescue dog Jules, while beloved, has made it abundantly clear she’s not a fan of the beach.
