Envision completed a Culinary Services Strategic Plan for the comprehensive restructuring of the university’s campus-wide dining program and facilities. This process included market research, demand analysis, concept development, facility planning, organizational structure and detailed financial modeling. The final model included an overall business plan that resulted in funding of over $50 million in capital improvements. The 10-year Strategic Plan was approved and completed ahead of schedule. Outcomes in customer satisfaction, revenues and the overall reputation of the program exceeded goals. Envision later completed three different Strategic Plan updates. Recommendations were made to advance the vision for the years ahead, including review of capital plans, financial viability, project phasing, and other strategic initiatives.
