Envision Strategies has conducted a series of retail master plan studies for the University of Notre Dame over the years. Some of the goals of this study included aligning number, mix and distribution with potential demand, maximizing revenue and efficiency and addressing some of the emerging opportunities. As part of this study the consultants engaged with stakeholders and students to understand their needs, conducted on the financial performance, researched on population density, recommended future retail dining. The study also included scenarios with portfolio mixes in retail based on transaction growth, consolidation of underperforming locations and increasing demand for labor support at all these locations.
