Envision Strategies, a foodservice consultancy focused on helping organizations innovate, optimize services, and improve performance, is pleased to announce the promotion of long-time team member Sojo Alex to the role of Principal, and the addition of new Senior Consultants, Mindy Segal, and Glenn Gerchman. The promotion is a result of hard work and dedication to client satisfaction, and the new additions bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Mindy brings over 25 years of passionate and innovative cross-functional operational leadership and oversight in the foodservice industry. This includes evolving, organizing, and executing a full range of business services in exclusive higher education, fine dining, retail, healthcare, fast casual, corporate and cultural venues. Mindy will be leading projects across a wide array of client needs including strategic planning, operations consulting, and master planning.
Glenn brings 30 years as a Student Affairs professional, with a wide range of experience from dining program administration to Executive Director of Student Centers, Student Experiences and conference and events services in higher education. Glenn will be serving clients in all areas of consulting, in addition to leading the innovative e360 Performance Management Program™ platform.
Sojo has been promoted to Principal from her previous role after 10 years with the company where she served clients in all areas of consulting, as well as leading business development and marketing efforts for Envision Strategies and the new e360 Performance Management Program. Her client responsibilities will continue and expand into additional management of the firm.
These changes will help support continued growth for Envision Strategies while they focus on delivering tangible value back to their clients through thought leadership, operational improvement consulting & training programs that impact people, processes & performance.
Rob White, President of Envision Strategies says, "These three individuals each bring different strengths and experiences, from Mindy's depth of operational experience, Glenn as a client and administrator in Higher Ed, and Sojo as a long-time student of the industry with a natural curiosity to bring ideas and people together to benefit our clients." Adds White, "They all share a common desire to do what's right for our clients - in other words, I've appreciated that they are all very client-centered in their approach to their work. They certainly add to Envision's capacity, but more importantly, the quality and support for our clients. They are truly talented individuals on their own, but with our collective team, they make us stronger together."
