PERSONAL
Eavan (pronounced as “ee-ven”) loves to cook, read and do a lot of yoga! In the last year alone, she has picked up an interest in pottery and pickleball – fully expected from someone who has a very energetic personality and magnetic “can-do’ attitude. Besides traveling and trying new restaurants, she likes to collect cookbooks and Christmas ornaments. Her favorite place to unwind is in the mountains with her Australian Shepherd, Arthur. She has applied to the reality-based cooking show Chopped several times and is waiting patiently-ish to be called back.
